How to use ELARA
Use on clean skin with a thin layer of toner or a lightweight, water-based cream to help the device glide smoothly.

Prepare the skin
Cleanse and apply a thin layer of toner or a lightweight, water-based skincare product.

Power on
Press and hold the Power / Mode button for approximately two seconds.

Select your mode
Short press the Mode button to cycle between red, blue, and purple treatment settings.

Adjust the intensity
Use the VR / Level button to select one of three intensity settings. Long press to activate or deactivate vibration.

Glide upward
Slowly glide the device over the cheeks, forehead, jawline, and neck using gentle upward motions.
Recommended Routine
Consistency, beautifully simplified.
Use for approximately 8–10 minutes per session, spending around 2–3 minutes on each treatment area. For best visible results, use three to five times per week.
Apply a thin layer of toner or a lightweight, water-based cream before
use. Avoid oil-based formulas because oils may reduce EMS conductivity
and affect the heating and cooling functions.
